Marc Tetro is considered by many to be the first artist to put a modern face to Canada's famous police force.

Marc Tetro and Commissioner Phil Murray at the unveiling of The Royal Canadian Mounted Police. The 84"x124" acrylic on canvas is on permanent display at the National Operations center in Ottawa. "Marc Tetro's images of national icons have instilled pride in Canadians for over a decade'' stated Murray.

Products bearing his depiction of the Officers of the RCMP have been collected by tourists, members of the Force and offered as gifts for heads of states around the world. "Having the members of the Force approve of my depiction is the greatest compliment" says Tetro.

Over 500 nurses show off their Canadian pride at the International Nursing Convention hosted in Vancouver, B.C.

Tetro's first children's book is about the history of the RCMP. Originally self published,it is now distributed by scholastic Canada to schools nationwide to teach children about the Mounties.

Great West Life Assurance Company commissioned the painting We Are Canada as a gift to the Force.It is unveiled at a graduation ceremony at the RCMP Academy in Regina, Saskatchewan.
